General Manager
Requirements
Responsible for day-to-day operations of
the Hotel.
A degree in Hotel Management or
Professional equivalent in any hospitality area.
Computer literate with at least 10 years
experience.
Food & Beverage Assistant Manager
Requirements
Responsible for day to day operations of
the F & B Dept and all standards of service delivery.
Clear knowledge of African, Continental
& Oriental Cuisines.
B.Sc/HND in the relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience
Executive House Keeper
Requirements
Responsible for day to day operations of
the F & B Dept and all standards of service delivery.
Clear knowledge of African, Continental
& Oriental Cuisines.

Maintenance Officer
Requirements
Responsible for the proper
maintenance/operations of all engineering/technical equipment and facilities.
B Sc/HND in Mechanical or Electrical

within a Hotel environment
Executive Chef
Requirements
HND/BSc
catering & Hotel Management or its equivalent
Computer
Literate with vast experience in African, Oriental & Continental Cuisines.
