Job Title: Senior Cost Engineer
Job Location: Rivers, Port-Harcourt
Job Duties:
- You will be able to review and evaluate contractor’s schedules, plans, performance and procedures.
- You will be able to review and evaluate contractor’s schedules, plans, performance and procedures.
- You will conduct monthly earned value analysis and help also to compile ovall cost reports
- you will be the one to review and endorse progress measures report by the contractors and the report progress to client
- you will simply prepare weekly and monthly report/update and business performance review reports for the management and joint venture partners
- You will also help with project development control procedure or adapt existing procedures to suite current project
- you will take part in client monthly HSE meeting and observe all life saving rules
Job Requirement:
. Minimum of Bsc/B.Eng (Engineering, Quantity Surveying, and Sciences)
. Minimum of Bsc/B.Eng (Engineering, Quantity Surveying, and Sciences)
. If you have MBA or Msc in Project Management will be added advantage
. need some years of experience
